BetterFlow offers a 30-day satisfaction guarantee, meaning you have 30 days after receiving your order to request a return.
Return Eligibility
To qualify for a return, the item must be:

Return Shipping
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrived damaged, defective, or incorrect.
Please use a trackable shipping service. Original shipping charges are non-refundable.

Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you whether the refund was approved.
Approved refunds will be sent to the original payment method within 10 business days. Your bank or payment provider may take additional time to process it.
Exchanges
The fastest way to exchange an item is to return the original item and place a new order after the return is approved.
Order Cancellations
Orders may only be canceled before they enter processing or fulfillment. Once an order has shipped, it cannot be canceled.
